Great location easy to walk to most things in the city of catch the train from Museum Station. The rooms were spacious, good variety if pillows to choose from. There was plenty of lighting options, so often you go to hotels with soft lighting which is impossible to read under. The best western had excellent lighting options. We will definitely be back.

I loved this small art deco style hotel, right near museum station and across the road from Hyde Park. I really appreciated having windows that open ( fresh air) , real milk for tea/ coffee, a real bar of soap, lively size room and comfy bed. Great shower as well. On site cafe, a delight.

Perfect location for my needs and fast elevator. Staff were attentive and friendly. Attached cafe was ultra convenient and great coffee also very nice staff.

The location was central to many Sydney places of interest whilst Darling Harbour was a short light rail ride away. The facilities were clean and the staff were fantastic.

Enjoyed the size & cleanliness of the room with comfortable bed, table & chairs, wardrobe and good shower and kitchenette. Aldi and IGA 5 minutes away. Very easy to walk to many Sydney sights. On site cafe with great coffee and good value for money breakfast menu. Also open for lunch on weekdays even though we usually ate near places we were visiting such as Art gallery, or Australian museum or Botanical Gardens.

Location was fantastic. Very near to the Museum train station next to Hyde Park. The bed was firm and comfortable. The toilet has a warm light which is quite comfortable after a shower.
